Future Online Learning for Public Administration

In this article, we analyze the perspectives of professional training for public administration workers, starting from insights gained online courses run during past two years in context SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. order to understand nature, type, and magnitude changes brought by COVID-19 pandemic field continuous administration, carried out a systematic bibliographic analysis, as well questionnaire-based empirical research conducted among institution employees Romania. This article was based on hypothesis that activities over have been organized predominantly online, aim sustainability these new teaching systems/methods. The limitations study are due fact each administrative system has structural particularities its own legal framework regarding workers; reason, proposed model may not be successfully applied all countries. We provide workers includes criteria is experience accumulated years.
